Local pickup is free from our Apex, NC studio. Select it at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Tile is carefully wrapped to protect glazed surfaces, edges, and corners in transit.
Unused, in-stock tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email contact@nathangoffstudio.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Inspect your tile on arrival. If anything was damaged in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the tile and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected pieces.
Each tile is made and glazed by hand. Slight differences in color, glaze movement, texture, and surface are expected and part of the finished material rather than defects.
