For small orders, made to order tiles will ship in 1-2 weeks. For larger orders refer to our trade program or reach out directly.

Local Pickup
Free pickup is available from our Apex, NC studio. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Tile is carefully wrapped and packed to protect glazed surfaces, edges, and corners during transit.
Unused, in-stock tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email contact@nathangoffstudio.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Inspect your tile when it arrives. If anything was damaged in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged tile and packaging.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected pieces.
Each tile is made and glazed by hand. Slight differences in color, glaze movement, texture, and surface are expected and are part of the finished material rather than defects.
